ScalaJS

Aleksey Yashchenko-2
Hey guys,

Is https://www.scala-js.org somehow supported by the Scala community or Typesafe or is it just a project of some enthusiastic people? :)

Is there any info about future of this bright project? :)

Thanks!

What's the difference between "the Scala community" and "enthusiastic people"?

I believe it is "supported" in some way by the Scala Center.

In any case it's a very vibrant and active project, its future indeed looks bright. :)

hi,

"One specific project where it looks like we have enough interest and pledges of funding is Scala.js. Scala.js is developed so far by the lab at EPFL (specifically Sébastien Doeraene and Nicolas Stucki) with the help of outside contributors, including Lightbend. The Scala Center should be a logical platform to put this great work on a more stable basis."

cheers
