Knock knock. Who's there? ScalaTest and Scalactic 3.0.0 final!

Bill Venners-3
Hi All,

ScalaTest and Scalactic 3.0.0 Final who? ...final-LY!

It was a long hard slog to migrate a large, eight year old Scala codebase written exclusively for the JVM to also work on Scala.js. I am very happy to announce, it is finally finished.

To find out the details on what's new in ScalaTest and Scalactic 3.0.0, please read through the release notes:

http://www.scalatest.org/release_notes/3.0.0

While we tried very hard to keep ScalaTest and Scalactic 2.x old code working, there are a few breaking changes and several deprecation expirations. For information on upgrading, check out the migration guide:

http://www.scalatest.org/user_guide/migrating_to_30

If you have any trouble or questions about upgrading, please post to the scalatest-users Google Group.

Thanks.

Bill

Thanks, Bill, amazing work!

I got a "type MockitoSugar in package mock is deprecated: Please use org.scalatest.mockito.MockitoSugar instead" warning, which is not listed in the release notes. Just thought you might want to know.
